Refunds and  Exchanges

Return and Exchange eligibility depends on the type of piece purchased.

- Made to Order/ Staple  pieces are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition.

- 1/1 pieces are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.

- Bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has commenced.

- Engraved/ Stamped pieces cannot be returned.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days, and we will assist with a replacement or repair. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will ensure you are fully compensated.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive depending on destination and customs processing times. Import duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Standard International: AUD $25 — estimated 2–4 weeks

• Express International: AUD $45 — estimated 5–10 business days
